Here are three options to help you buy and sell a home at once.

Are you someone who needs to sell your home, but you’re afraid that in our low-inventory market, you’ll be left without a home to buy? Today we’ll discuss the options you have to sell your home and buy a new one without going homeless in between.

For one, you can do what’s called a leaseback agreement. That allows you to rent out the home you’ve just sold from the buyer, giving you time to find and purchase a house. A leaseback agreement should be negotiated before your home is put under contract.

Another option is to do a short-term rental in-between homes. Once you sell your current property, you could rent from Airbnb, Vrbo, or something similar as a cheaper alternative to signing a lease for an apartment.

Third, we’ve partnered up with a company called Homeward, which will allow you as a seller to be in the driver’s seat. They have a program that allows you to be a cash buyer and helps you go through the process from selling to buying a home seamlessly.

If you have any questions about any of today’s options or would like to learn more, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We’d love to speak with you.
